This was a really clever way to end the series - by having the survivors turn on one another through fear and anger.

(also there was a noise outside just now and I jumped a mile LMAO)

I liked Ben's weary, no-nonsense voice and the way he takes charge and cares for G and Eddy even though he's heartbroken. I like how he turns that pain into fuel to get him through the situation, the way he's built up these defences only for them to crumble when he sees Peter on the other side of the glass (such a great horror film trope and very effective here). I also liked the supporting cast, especially Isabella.

And! I liked the artwork on this - the use of the image of the grass with the hand slowly coming out of it works really well as a scene break!

I might someday write more, but I think you're right, this does make a good ending (and it explains why I haven't wanted to write any more in this verse, because this one is so ... complete, as it were).

(LOL! Sorry!)

That was one of the scenes I thought was either going to be totally cliche or great, I'm glad it was the latter. And when I reread it, I was like, OMG Peter! Even though I obviously know what's going to happen (and yes, I am someone who rereads her fics a lot).

I totally LOVE the artwork! I was kind of worried because no one had picked my fic, but then someone did and she went above and beyond the call of duty for art and everything was just so perfect! :D
