History with a long day
Earlier today I was going to post about something, which I will get to in a minute. But for right now I'm going to tell you what happened before I started to type.
I didn't want my puppy Riley in my room, becuase he tears everything up. So my mom led him out of them room and he was about to come back in when i jumped off my bed to get to the door and *bam* my computer falls to the floor. It looked like it was okay which it was, until I saw that half the AC adapter had broken off into the port. I basically had a heart attack, I flipped and got my mom who came upstairs and we started to try to get the piece of plug out. With no luck we called Gateway, they said it would cost atleast $100 and then if the motherboard was damaged it would be another $600. Which at that point I said to myself, hell no. So we then went to the yellowpages to find the Geek Squad who told us to go to PC Doctor, which THANK GOD, got it out. This was my horror trip of the month :P.Everyone knows that this computer is my life, good thing everything is alright.
Now, to what I was going to post. Yesterday my mother picked up a restored picture of my Gran and great uncle. I was really moved by the picture, because it was a time in life when alot of people didn't have anything and just had each other. Another thing was that, theres only three pictures of my gran from her childhood, since they didn't have any money really. So I thought I'd post this picture for everyone to see. I also made an icon out of it. Hope you guys enjoy.
