Yay! I am ridiculously happy that you're reading this and loving it.

I devoured Hunger Games back when it came out, but deliberately didn't start Catching Fire until 2 days before Mockingjay came out. If trilogies taugt me one thing, it's that the middle book always has a really lovely cliffhanger.

Believe me, you'll be eternally grateful that you don't have to wait between 2 and 3.

Peeta. Is love. Yes he is. I adore him to bits and always will.

I will love talking about it - because I've kept away from THG fandom. They're...a little out there.

Yeah, I should have listened to everyone earlier. But I can be pretty, uh, stubborn and I dug my heels in on this one, for some reason.

But, dude. I love that Katniss is so flawed. i love just how fucked-up, but matter-of-fact everything is. I love all of it.

But, really, let's be honest.

PEETA.

Homg. Just. I love that he does love her, there's no doubt, but that he is just as pragmatic as her about using that. Just.

I LOVE IT ALL.

I've done the same thing - the last time, most notably - when my XFiles beta refused tor read anything else for me until I read a certain book about a boy wizard. I'd insisted it wasn't for me.

Heh.

But yes - Katniss is a beautifully flawed heroine in SO many ways. She never sees things the way she should, nearly always does the wrong thing. She's just. GOD. she'll drive you mental just as she makes you love her.

I have no words for the amount I love Peeta...and I can't WAIT until you finish so I can stop censoring myself =)

I read HG on Thursday, despite cooking Thanksgiving for my family (only the immediate came down, so it was only four of us). I was busy with them and work all day on Fri and Sat, but got to start CF last night and read it for a few solid hours this morning. Work should, hopefully, only take a few more hours and then the rest of they day is going to be reading ( ... )

YES YES. HOLY SHIT YES.

OMG PEETA.

That is what I'm kind-of stuck on at the moment. I have a few more hours of work, then it is all about finishing Catching Fire and reading Mockingjay.

I'm chomping at the bit to get back to them!

Hunger Games! I've been reading them as they each came out so I had to deal with cliffies, but oh well. I was even a bit nuts and came back for less than a day to NYC for the Mockingjay book releasr where the author was there so that was neat.

At some point soon, I actually want to reread the first book before the movie is out, but not too close to before the movie is out so I'm not going to be comparinig the movie to book.

Glad you are enjoying them! :)

I just finished Catching Fire and omg. If I had had to wait for Mockingjay I think I would have gone crazy.

I'm taking a breath now (to make tea and because Kate told me I needed to *g*), but I'm about to dive back in. I'm still in my OMGPEETA thing. Hasn't abated at all.

In retrospect, I'm glad I waited. Because the wait between Catching Fire and Mockingjay may have killed me. *g*

I am freaking out, yo.

I got sidetracked last night, so I'm only about a quarter through Mockingjay and holy shit. I have a feeling it's going to kill me.

I am SO excited for the movie!
