I'm only looking at making 20-25 grand/year at this point. So yeah, if you can pull in that much and still write totally cool fanfic, you've just become my new hero. LOL

Yeah, I get $50/hr IF someone wants to pay for my expertise. Otherwise I have a day job. Trust me, I don't make $2000 per week 8-D

I really liked you rationalizing Chase's firing as not being the end at PPTH (and him not ending up without a job as an Intensivist) because no one, not even House, can just fire someone and be done with it. I really hope the writers at least mention this fact in the future (if they don't then they're just stupid).
This really good! It would have been awesome even as a gen (if this chapter was a one-shot) but House/Chase? Multiple chapters? Even better ^_^

I'm keeping it PG while I'm working within the show canon, but the story is heading in a different direction, heh heh. My Chase will definitely have a few things to say to his former boss before House can move forward with his impure schemes.
