I know I go on and on about how much I hate America and how much I hate stupid rednecks but there are moments when something happens or all of a sudden I get a rush of some kind of contentment feeling and I really and truly love the south. I am going to sound like such a Northerner-Yankee traitor, but, here goes! I want to visit you in the South, someday!

1) Soft, sexy, gentle accents from Georgia, Louisiana, and South Carolina

2) "Momma", "Baby", "Honey", "Sugar" sweet loving pet names to all - it just doesn't sound the same, here, when someone calls you "Sweetie" - it makes me bristle and sounds like a putdown... But coming from a SOutherner, it sounds like loving honey. :)

3) Southerns actually have a cuisine! Soul food!

4) Beautiful old houses with big porches, porch swings, Spanish Moss, Magnolia trees

5) Fragrant air and plenty of green

6) Men have retained gentlemanly and chivalrous ways

7) Lake of pretentiousness

8) Calm, cool, laid-back demeanor

9) No sense of entitlement and telling it like it is in a straightforward but gentle manner

I don't know what I'm talking about, really... But my Mom's from the South and I worked for several months in close quarters with girls from Louisiana and Georgia and just looooooooooved them!!!

I would like for everyone to take a picture of themselves wearing or holding the items they have bought from me. YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOW YOUR FACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO! I thought this would be a good idea. Plus, it allows me to show other people what items I've sold, and how other people enjoy them. If you take a picture for me, the next time you buy something from me, I will give you a discount! It doesn't have to be a wonderful glamour shot or anything, just something sweet and simple.
