I generally don't set New Year's resolutions. It's mostly because I don't feel the need to set goals I have no intention of keeping, but this year, I have several I want to work on. Here they are for anyone who cares to read them, in no particular order

As far as knee problems, whatever you had/have is much worse than what I had. I hope you find satisfying exercises that don't aggravate your knee again!
