I had a fun if busy Thanksgiving weekend planned: a murder mystery party Friday night, a relaxing Saturday with a parish dinner that evening, my first solo Thanksgiving service on Sunday, and then a day trip to a nearby city to meet up with friends who are normally much further away

I have found that the older the person the asking the question the more likely the question is to be asked. . . I got that question all the time when working with an older adult population. Rarely when I'm working with the parents of young children. . . Now I look old enough to not get asked any more :(

It's nice to know that other people get this too. :) So far I've found that stalling usually works; telling them my age gets me compared to their grandchildren (granted this happens anyway). Did you find a good solution?
