Americans, if you have your little "I voted!" sticker you can get free foods!

I voted on Thursday and I didn't keep my little sticker. So sad no free donut.

Yes, I read about that after I posted and I see some places have amended the free food to be free to everyone, or to everyone that says a certain phrase.

It does seem rather petty to penalize businesses for encouraging people to vote, but I kind of doubt the law will be changed for free voter donuts.

Actually, because they're illegal, the restaurants *have* to give you the freebies even if you did not vote. Otherwise, they'd be bribing you.

I am NEVER voting absentee again!! I don't care if I have to wait in line for 3 hours, I'm so bummed about missing out on free food, and exciting atmosphere, and a sticker, and everything. I should have flown back to Alabama.
