And while I'm at it, you can get your own "I <3 Toxic Waste" shirt from Real Genius, as well as shirts recreated from another dozen movies, at Founditemclothing.com. Haven't bought from them so I can't recommend them from experience, but I really like the attention to detail they've brought to recreating the shirts worn in our favorite movies.

Real Genius is one of "my" movies - one of those movies you loved so much growing up that you can recite every line. Today is the very first day of the fourth month of our 12 month long house rental.

There is now a 'For Sale' sign in the yard.

This is the first time I've rented a home, but I was expecting to have to keep it in showable shape for say, 3 months, maybe 4. 5 seems unreasonable. 9 seems ludicrous.
