Artificial grape flavor purple? Or other purple?

I love purple but I have never been a huge fan of artificial grape.

I made purple rice krispie treats, but they turned out more lavender than the PURPLE that I was hoping for.

Fun!! I've always had trouble getting things to turn truly purple - and lavender is just not nearly as satisifying.

Let me double check the field trip schedule when I get to work tomorrow (I just want to make sure I haven't forgotten about any enormous groups or anything) but that should be fine. Yay! :)

I start out every morning with purple oatmeal for breakfast. Steel cut oatmeal cooked with water and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries - with extra fresh berries on top and a bit of Cinnamon - Yum!
