First off, before I start my rambling that will be kindly left hidden behind an lj-cut, I wanted to let anyone who might be interested know that I am still working on the next chapter of Torn Apart. Woot! Today's been a good day. I finalized plans with Colleen to head into Chicago tomorrow afternoon for a tour of Chinatown which I've never been to and Chicago fireworks which I've also never seen. It's going to be so much fun! Plot Bunnies!
Woot! Air-conditioning really does wonders for the creative juices. We just got it fixed today if you can't tell. Anyways, I came up with ideas for iyfic_challenge. The drabble theme strength will be a Naraku dark fic and the resolution one-shot will be a Kouga/Kagome Humor fic with flashbacks to Looney Toon's Peppy Le Pew. Well, Melissa asked me to write her a story so I did. Of course, when I asked her what kind of a story she said, "a what if story." Not much to go on and when prodded further, I could only get a genre out of it, romance. Sigh... but here's my response to it! I hope you enjoy! Of course, I have an hour and a half before my dad and brother are supposed to get here so we can head off to SC. Thank-god I'm not driving! Yay to sleeping in the car! That, and since I'm heading out to SC to see the Sis this weekend, I've been trading time between packing up my room to head back home for the rest of the summer, and watching the last 25 episodes of Gundam Wing for the last week and a half.
