So today after class, after doing what I am told to do. Doing what is expected of us to do. No less than criticize our classmates work. They present, we ask questions and point out problems. How is being good at ripping apart things, analytically, make me an ass. As soon as I walked out of the door, I get the comment "You are such a dick!". I am

well i promised id comment so... i just thought id mention... regarding those scenarios in your head... its something that i feel can screw people over. you get stuck with these scenarios and they truly effect your emotions even if those scenarios never actually play out. its a pain sometimes... ok more than sometimes. its like having an extra life, one that will always haunt you. im sure you've realized all of this. its interesting you speak of such scenarios because im using them in my thesis. dont ask how. you can read my story when im done : D if you want that is. anyways... in the religion department, criticism is so welcomed that its like a christmas gift. and im not being sarcastic. without criticism you wouldn't fully understand anything. its how we learn. so yeah... i'd tell said person to do something but it involves cursing and we know how that goes ; D

I agree with her ^ criticism should always be welcome. we can't grow or learn without it...we have to be able to see all sides of an arguement.

though, the fact that your brain and her thesis are going in the same direction kinda scare me :-D...always one for the odd coincidence.
