I just picked up a post-lunch peanut butter cookie from the "bakery" at BP [it's a gas station for those who don't know]. Anyway, the cookie was decent -- until I heated it up in the microwave. Then it turned into pure bliss

I'm with you, but with cookies, I toss them in the oven for a few minutes instead of the microwave.

My husband is a "cold food person", so when we get our annual thin mints, one sleeve goes in the freezer for him, one stays out for me.
