jesus christ renny! i NEVER knew futurama was so indepth. EVER. thats a profoundly moving tale actually. it really has a lot of great things to consider, especially ethical and moral obligations and the onslaught of technology in our modern age. that is really some moving stuff indeed. i feel stupid for never having watched a full episode now. i LOVE the simpsons so mucb, i almost thought it was blasphemous to say that futurama is "easily" better than the simpsons, but with an episode like that, i can see your reasoning. listen, i know i am an old fart and you probably can't relate to me very well at all, but if you ever need someone to hang out with or to talk to everyonce in a while, please call me. i am around a lot these days. take care man..
Futurama is easily my favorite show on television right now, a close second is mythbusters. I think the reason why Futurama is so good and at the same time The Simpsons has gotten so bad is because the creator Matt Groening lost a lot of creative control over the simpsons a few years ago. With Futurama, he still had a large amount of control over it, and it was probably his main focus until it was cancelled. The Simpsons has really lost everything that made it a great show, and I think it all went to Futurama. Oh hey, yesterday I called your house twice and Rob's cell once and couldn't get a hold of either of you. After that I left the house, and didn't have access to rob's number anymore. Anyways, I would definitely enjoy hanging out. Even though you are an old fart. by the way, when I first read your post, I thought the whole thing was sarcastic, and it confused me.
