I don't know how do-able this is for you, but I read a while back that you should always start off your day doing something the enriches your soul. Mediation, exercise,etc. I took this advice, and it really has made a difference in my day to day outlook. I still hate my job, but doing this gave me the energy to better planning my escape.
On really bad days, I write out the resignation letter I wish I could submit upon my departure. This never fails to get me smiling.
