This is ridiculously brilliant and I am blown away by just about everything in it -- how wickedly clever and textured and real this is, how well you can sketch relationships in such a tiny space, John and the kids and John and Karkat. I will probably come back and say something more intelligent on the individual parts that shotgunned me down, but for now I am just gaping.

Oh God I love this. I love Karkat's horrified and unwittingly Gnostic reaction to the story and Rose and Dave being brilliant (Dave's theory made me go "ffffffffff") and the hilariously inappropriate movie references (Fern Gully - really, John?) and John and Karkat just failing adorably all over the place and. Everything.

Haha, thank you! I had fun with John's voice. To be honest this was originally supposed to be a lot darker, but then it was John and he and Karkat were just so special and silly and I was just like, welp, new plan.
