On Thurs, I went to see Patrick Wolf.It was an amazingly magical and spellbinding night. He is immensely talented and entrancing, like Jeff Buckley, with some Kate Bush thrown in, playing the violin, accompanied by a string quartet, a trombone and some electro beats! He possesses beauty seldom found in a man, resembling Puck and his set was ( Read more... )

She talked to me today and all is well with the world. I completely understand your sentiments.... The bond you made should be strong enough for him to realise that no matter what may happen he should have you as a friend and as a part of his life. If he doesn't realise that, tell him. Far too many relationships are destroyed by assumption.

I'd like to hope that will be the case. Even friendship is something worth maintaining when you meet someone you click with.
However, my faith in human nature - particularly male human nature - is ever-diminishing. My experiences have shattered my instinctive optimism and trust in others. I shouold probably just forget I ever met him and move on, but I don't think it'll work that way...

I felt exactly the same way before I met her. Its not a male thing, it s a people thing. You have to go through a lot of chaff in todays society to meet great people. Don't forget him, just tell him that you just want to hang out and that you think he's a great person. You're bpdy clock seems to be as screwed up as mine. I couldn't get to sleep until 5 am.

I was sorry to miss you over the weekend - I hope Alex managed to pass on the message that I was around in London and free. Glad you said godbye to Dr. Coe's bachelorhood in style.

'twould be good to meet up in the near future - it's ages since I've seen you.

Hope you're well,
M

Alex texted me yes, but I'm afraid I spent the day being rather hungover, followed by frantic lastminute wedding panicbuying, then I had a date with some chocolate cake flavoured vodka...:o)

We saw Jon's bachelorhood off with copious amounts of booze and comedy dancing - what could be more appropriate than that?!

Yeah, let me know if you're in London again - I will email you my number since it seems you don't have it anymore. It's been a while, you should come out with us in London - Roger too!! I know some great clubs/bars with exciting booze/music in them!
