That sucks. I wish he was just straight up with you and told you he had met someone who he felt he clicked with more. Extremely disrespectful.

I think that was the part that really upset me the most. We had only dated a few weeks, so it's not like I was that emotionally attached. But I had known him since HS. I thought he would have respected me enough to tell me the truth so that we could still be friends. But no, he took the cowards way out. He treated me the way some random guy I met at a bar would have: by ignoring me. That disrespect has been very hard to shake off. Just very disappointing.
