We have 5 makers, including myself. Thats not enough, especially if we're all not extremely super duper active. I cant handle the stress of trying to keep this place alive. It would kill me to let it go, but if we dont start getting more makers and becoming more active, I dont know what else Im supposed to do. I even tried doing LIMS and I think ( Read more... )

im not really sure how exactly it will go. ill probably give a couple weeks until the deadline. you'd probably be better off waiting to see if it works out. cause if it doesnt, ill probably do it again and next time it wont interfer wit your hong kong trip. but im not sure.

Hey love. I'm so sorry about leaving :/ I just wanted to give you some suggestions and wish you and the community the best of luck ♥

Someone asked me why makers keep leaving partyicons when they're accepted elsewhere and what makes other communities better than this one. Just to let you know, we don't leave just because one community is 'better' than another. We do it because it's a rule. If makers posted all over LJ, then members would see the same graphics over and over again. After all, why bother joining a new community when you know that the same graphics will be posted? The 'you can only post at one other community' rule was created because so many graphic communities popped up out of nowhere. People wanted to be original. And you'll notice that the communities who enforce the rule are the ones who have more active members ( ... )

dont worry about it, its fine! i know lots of people have
that rules. i also have one but i allow makers to post at
two other places, maybe ill change it to one. so i understand
why people leave because of that. what i dont understand
is why people chose the other places over this one. yeah
we're not as active, but thats never gonna change if we
dont start keeping active makers/members. and i also dont
understand why makers here even apply to other places
when they already made a commitment to this one. but
believe me, i understand your leaving, thanks for advice =]
