a few of them have graphics from other lj users & i definitely love making layouts with headers made by other users since i don't make graphics. but i can also just make plain ones without headers.

you've only been making layouts for a few months? i would think that the owner would want someone more experienced, so that this community would be represented by some really great graphic and layout makers, but its her choice.
