I think the original was Six Degrees, but it looks like they are toast.

I mean, it looks like they are in the process of relaunching. Which basically means they are scrambling to design something more like Friendster.

I imagine scrambling to make it more like Friendster would involve monkey code and needle drugs.

We are working on new things too, but it doesn't involve copying Friendster's functionality.
