i got a few pairs of boots for the upcoming winter season. my question to all: should i wear the boots OVER my pants or UNDERNEATH them?OVER ( Read more... )

Keep your pants clean from the slush and salt. Oh, and also dry.
I hate when people tuck them in, but fuck. I also hate wet pants.

keeping the pants clean... that's something i never even thought about when tucking pants in.

i totally agree, i really really hate wet pants. and then you get those 'oh-so-(not)hot' salt stains on the bottoms of your jeans and ruin them!

on beautiful days such as this, wear them with your pants tucked in so that you can show them off in all their glory and awesomeness. and on wetter/saltier/slushier days, put your pants over top of them to protect them from the harsh elements!

good call. the tuck outs equal a fall-esque, nice day. whereas, the tuck ins make people say, whoa nelly winter is fast approachin'. that is, of course, if people actually talked like that.

that's ok, just blame the weed... i do. i blame all my problems on weed... and then to fix all my problems, i smoke weed.

totally tuck the pants in man.
boots look funny when not tucked in.
they just look like funny shoes then. what's the point? you may as well just be wearing shoes and long socks.

you got it. i completely hate looking down at the funny shape of my boots underneath my pants. but sometimes it really bugs the shit out of me when i see other girls at school do it. probably because they a) all have uggs and b) they all wear their precious uggs with joggers. totally uncool.
