Today was the first time in a while that I have done a long run by myself. Kenny is gone in Florida taking care of grandpa and I didn't run with a friend since it was only 8 miles. I will save my phone a friends for the super long ones

Just let me know about this weekend. I need to get a 20 in and I dont care about the time. If it takes a little longer than normal I will just think it is like being at Disney while we are running with 30,000 other people.
