After several years of knowing of the existence of the other Stephen J. Paschoal in California, I finally remembered to send him a Christmas gift this year from his Amazon wishlist. Sadly, it wasn't Highlander on DVD (as he didn't have that listed), but it was a Leonard Cohen CD, so really you can't argue with the guy's tastes

Pretty spiffy choice honestly. I'm Your Man, Everybody Knows, Tower of Song, Closing Time... These are all top Cohen songs... The only thing I'd add is his cover of Always.

Actually the vast majority of his list is all stuff I own (such as Orphans by Tom Waits) or wouldn't mind owning (like the boxed set of punk classics or the biography of Typhoid Mary). The Muppet action figures less so (despite it being Janice and Floyd from Dr. Teeth's band), but that still bodes well.
