were going to see his family then mine. its like a total of 35 hours in the car... we plan on still talking at the end of it too! HA

Just about. It's 1077 miles from my house to my folk's house in R.I. (17 hours, 43 minutes according to Mapquest -- but they're not accounting for smoke breaks and pee breaks and food and general delays) and then about 6 to Melissa's parent's house in Mechanicsburg and then 12+ back from PA to GA on the high-way.

Granted we're doing that over the course of a week. The longest leg of that trip is the drive to R.I. and we're doing that straight through. I suspect all told, it'll be about 18 or 19 hours.
