Been a while, eh? Life after Yves in Australia is quite bizarre. Nothing feels the same and no place looks the same or sounds the same. Have coped better than expected with his departure, though it feels like its beginning to hit me more now, 3 weeks on. Wow, seems like so much longer than 3 weeks

Its not just commonwealth! You can do a working holiday visa to Oz for 12 mths. Only sucky thing about the Oz visa is that you have to change jobs every 3mths. But it'd still allow you 12mths here :)

As long as you're back when I start up my opera company and I'll find a role to suit you perfectly (by role, I mean operatic AND/OR employment) when I am massively big and famous and rolling in money. Hah.

Ideal engagement ring is something really simple. A white gold band with one central diamond. Dont know much about the different diamond cuts so dont know which I prefer, but I like round ones. And not so big that I hurt myself if I scratch myself. Just simple, you know? How about you?
