I take secret pleasure in the fact that I am an early riser - well, earlier than most - and savour the quiet early morning light filtering through the cheap ass windows that are obscured with ice for the winter months. You go Stokies! I am tres impressed with your academic achievements. To think of not opening another textbook.... Too bad the party wasn't up to snuff. Still, it's nice of someone to take the time to organize it I guess. When are you coming out here? I could use some dirty oil money myself right about now....

Hey lady! K and I will be driving to the island tomorrow (wed) planning to arrive in Port late night. We'll spend 5 days there and then leave on the 26 to head down-island; Hopefully we can stop off at Woobank villa;) if you are around that day (Boxing day). Otherwise maybe we can take a trip to nanaimo while were staying in Port. I'll call you once we're on island soil.

Is it too early for congrats? I was in the same boat, had finished my exams (except a certification exam .. and true story, not the same), practicum was ahead and it was anti-climactic, but practicum was awesome and after finishing everything and graduating .. it was sweet. Enjoy!!

Thanks! Yeah, it's not *real* graduation yet, but it's a milestone of sorts.
