Alright, so I've started this new diet and exercise thing on Self.com. I got it out of a Self magazine and it's called the 2006 self challenge. So I signed up online and I keep a log of my exercise and my eating habits. Hopefully I'll lose weight cause I need to lose a lot. That's about it for now
