It's called the ratrace.
You know where to find these people? Go look at the freeway at 6:30pm. I can guarantee you every single one of those people are stuck in the ratrace. The freeway is their rat wheel.
Your assessment was a bit generous though. Most people work their whole lives and don't get past middle management. The executives are the peoeple who got out of the ratrace. Wouldn't you agree?
These are the same people who fall for the get-rich-quick schemes or no money down real estate investments. I don't feel sorry for them one bit.

Each person has their own path and Sam as well as myself, have realized this and wish to direct ours in a slightly different direction.
We want to be the people still in the ratrace as you say, changing it, making it a bit different and opening people up more then they are...
The ratrace is the world, we have the people Sam explained, the people Sam and I are describing, and those who sit on the side of the ratrace, watching and doing nothing.
We all have our own path, and we're just helping direct ours a bit past what society calls "The Norm".
