I'm a little more sympathetic to the issue of integrity than I am to the problem of their stupidity. While I don't agree with their choices, I think it's fairly obvious that compromises on both sides were going to have to be made in a coalition. The problem is the LibDems didn't push hard enough when they were in a position of power, and that they trusted the Tories to keep their side of the bargain. It was something the rest of the country could see coming and a bit of a rookie mistake to be making at this level. The retaliation now is brave and necessary, but a little like the tail trying to wag the dog.
