Can be found here. He sounds in amazingly good bouncy form.

I can't find a permanent/dl link for this. Not to hint or anything.

For whatever reasons it's not working for me.

Erm...try this. It plays for me in real player but the format is unfamiliar to me, so I am not sure where it will work.

I am not sure why it isn't working for you though, that's sucky.

All I did was to try to record the file using realplayer as I was playing it from cbc.ca and then stuck it on sendspace. I hope it works but I'm not overly optimistic.

It's probably not working because I don't have RealPlayer installed. Looks like I have to do after all:)

Thanks for trying, though.

Yes, sorry, having investigated a little, it does seem to be realplayer specific.

Anyway, he doesn't really cover anything all that new. He admits that he is a bit tired and feeling "a little emptied out" after running about the country to promote the film. But says that the publicity for the film has "gone kinda fantastic!".

He tells the story of his grandfather in the boat, the story about his aunts at his parent's anniversary party, dinners with billionaires, yada yada. Calls Frank Siracusa "psychotic" and Niv "more than psychotic" which is why the film got done.

Says he got "tripped up" in pre-production due to all the special effect gadgets/toys which he (being a man) got excited about, but as they were too expensive, he went onto the 'battlefield' and rethought the whole film to be constructed from the POV of one soldier, which was more in keeping with the original intention of the film.

Seems very perky throughout. :)

The ivr file that I saved is 777 kb in size. Just have to figure out a way to convert it to mp3. :)

I caught the live broadcast of this by accident. I listen to Ontario Today online at CBC Ottawa on a fairly regular basis, and I had just got settled at home after working the night shift when I heard the preview for the interview. I knew someone would upload the podcast, but I'm a dork and stayed awake for another hour and change so that I could listen to it live with the rest of the world for once. :D

Does anyone have the clip from the 11/11 show? I've seen a few screen caps floating around, but not the video....I missed it unfortuantely....
