why didn't i see that ad? why don't i read the newspapers that often? is that scholarship still open? hehe. i'm buried under waaaay to much stuff right now but that's still one of my dreams. and you're living it out. lucky, lucky you!

scholarships are announced every first months of the year (jan-march) for the fall quarter (sept). after the taiwan scholarships are announced, there's the japan nihonggo scholarships too (they had an ad). well i worked in a newspaper so i always get to read announcements like this. next year, i hope it'll be your turn to study abroad for free.:)
