Culture shock

It's been two weeks and a week of language class. I've somehow made some observations about the locals here. I may not be 100% accurate but I'm just a foreigner here and this is based on my first-hand observation ( Read more... )

oo nga hindi nga uso ang shaving/waxing/whatever-ing there! i posted a pic of myself while riding a bus next to this girl in a sleeveless shirt with her patch of forest. hehe. bad is me. :P

wow tea ceremony and calligraphy! sounds like fun!!! :)

nde naman ba sila mabantot? hahahahaa!

aaaw mather dapat nagbaon ka ng mga bicolano fudams to soothe teh homesickness. it's gonna be tough the first month or so, then you'll meet friends, find new things to do. at any rate it's still fun to experience new things :)
