Baby Talk

Mar 25, 2011 19:26

Have you ever had a “baby talk” with your family or friends? I’ve had more than one with both my family and my friends. You might be surprised but I don’t want to have children and even if I wanted to have them, I’d have problems because I have fertility issues. I’ve got my period once/twice a year and my gynecologist says that my uterus is really ( Read more... )

I have always loved babies. I don't think I remember a time of feeling like a kid myself, to be honest ( ... )

Thank you so much for you reply, hun! It really means a lot to me *hugs*

I'm so sorry for your cousin, her mother should be a lot more present in her life and you're right, the little girl will resent it sooner or later. Maybe in her teenage or early youth. She's really lucky to have you, at least you're there for her.

Yes, i want my career to come first and you're right, a child is something important, it's not something you put there as a decoration or to proudly show to your friends. Having a child is a life-long commitment and it's something serious. Maybe my friends will understand that someday.

That being said, i like children but as long as they're not mine. In fact, i'd like to be an auntie one day.

*hugs back*

LOL see, being a cool auntie could suit you! It would actually help you, maybe if you have to take care of them anyday, to know if you want some of your own or not.

Don't feel bad or anything. It's up to you and you shouldn't feel presured to do anything.

For me though, I've always wanted to be a mom since I was very little. It goes with that whole thing of finding my future husband and having kids. I've just always wanted them. I'm thinking 2 or 3 and it depends on how many my future husband wants too. ;)

As for names, I have a dream when I was 17-years-old that I think might be kind of a vision perhaps. ;) I do believe that God can sometimes send us messages through that and it's part of my spiritual beliefs. Anyway, in this dream I was married and with future husband. I never saw his face, but he had dark hair. ;) Anyway, I was holding the most beautiful baby boy I have ever seen in my life. I knew this was my son and I called him Charlie. <3 This was back in 2003 and the name Charlie has been popping up everywhere in about all my fandoms and I just know that is my future son's name ( ... )

Thank you, Mandy, I love that you always reply to my "serious" posts. It's really important to me *hugs*

That's very sweet of you. Wanting to be a mom so badly, i mean. I also think that you'll be a great mommy 'cause you're really caring and loving. Future husband's a lucky man! :D

Your dreams are made of awesome, seriously. You definately have to call your 1st son Charlie! :)

Just need to find future husband, or more than likely he needs to find me. LOL ;) Then Charlie, and hopefully the other(s), will come along. :)

There is nothing wrong with not wanting kids,it's totally up to you. The worst thing would be to bring a child into this world when the parents don't want one. That being said I want babies XD I've always wanted them even from when I was a little girl. Those are really pretty names. The names I like are for a girl :Lilly,Kadee,Evelyn and for a boy: Joshua,Jacob,Charles

I've never wanted kids, for a random handful of reasons. But, everyone always said (and still says, I'm only 26 now) you'll change your mind when you're older. And I've always had one stipulation- adoption. I will never have biological children, if I ever have any.

I'm good with kids, and like most of them, I just don't want any and I hate when people either think they know better than me on the issue or disrespect me as a woman because that's not my journey.

Love your names, by the way. Sounds like they'd be a standout in Italy.
