When I'm feeling completely stagnant, I usually have to do something new, or do something I haven't done in such a long time that it feels new. This weekend when I went to Lansing I took my ancient Weird Al Yankovic box set with me. I still knew most of the words, and didn't hesitate to sing along. I don't know if you want it. It's rarely "Ahhh it's so nice to relax" stagnancy. It's usually "Ugh I should've left the house 4 hours ago. WTF is wrong with me" type of stagnancy.
