why is it that i am so good at getting stressed out why can i not contain myself and teach myself not to care about stupid shit things, i know it isnt worth it yet i do it anyway, i guess i dont know any other way. i get frustrated and annoyed and wonder if its actually worth it. i think not somehow. but i dont know how to change it.
