Why am I awake at 6:20? Why did my stupid phone alarm go off at 5:15 today? Why did I not go back to bed? Well, there was this crap movie on TV called THE CAR. Some crap horror film and for some reason I just sat there and stared at the screen. Stupid movie. Stupid phone alarm. Stupid not being able to go back to sleep. Blech.

I am so excited to come home tomorrow. Well, I technically won't get home till Monday, but I leave tomorrow night. I am so excited. I haven't been able to sleep in days. So I have officially passed the mom test. Five days watching a two year old with little to no help. Add into that the patient (my aunt) that I have been taking care of since her surgery on Tuesday. Adminitering medicine, applying ointment, fluffing pillows, making broth, waking up at four in the morning to help with pain meds all adds up to ( Read more... )
