MEDICAL INFO. Nothing medical per se, but he's possess by a disease demon that allows him to absorb others, in exchange for nibbling on his soul. This leads to sapping the pigment from his hair, lightening his eye color, and drying his skin out to the point of cracking. Otherwise he's a very healthy adult man with a fit and lean body.
MENTAL INFO. Perfectly sane! He's very kind and caring, just difficult to understand. He gets nervous easily and can be a bit timid, but he knows his appearance is creepy and when he gets nervous, his behavior just exacerbates it.
FOURTH-WALLING. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA-- I'm sorry no go nuts? He's from a pretty obscure weekly shounen jump series that doesn't even have a wikipedia page lmao. :(
PHYSICAL CONTACT. He's not used to people touching him/talking to him/caring about him/being near him at all etc but it's fine? He'll just be jumpy and then suddenly *A* YOU'RE TOUCHING ME...
