It looks delicious! And really quick to make too - thanks for keeping the spoon in the shot, it kind of gives me an idea of portion size and perspective.
And I'm not kidding - you've got to tell me how to make the lemon dressing - if there's anything special to it. ;)
Two lemons will give you about 1/3 cup of lemon juice, so you add 1/3 cup olive oil and about 1/2 t. salt (or more, depending on whether or not you like that salty-lemon, almost Moroccan taste . . .
