You'll find Effy changed a looot between the first season and three. She got much less creepy! Go her!

I think Effy might like Bordertown. Oh and Leda is perfectly happy to share her drugs, Peca will have no effect on plain ordinary Mortals, but there's another drug from her neck of the woods that's like Peca in reverse. It has no effect on Elves (or at least very little) but has the same effect on Mortals that Peca has on the Fae. Is Called Mad River.

It can also have the same addictive side effects with horrible horrible de-tox but I'd leave that up to you.
