Should we attend a church with questionable teachings and poor oversight for the sake of fellowship with other believers?

Thank you. I've been hearing the opposite from my community and yet avoiding church in my town. I don't like not attending one, but it's being torn between making a decision for the sake of fellowship, or making a decision based on personal spiritual health.
