Yeah me too. I wouldn't be me if I didn't dance to the beat of my own drummer. The next time I make these, I'm either going to pipe my initials or the the initials of the person I'm making them for. In yo face, Hostess! :-P

This is tease of what I love to do.(I have an entire album dedicated to my passion on Facebook) This weekend, I'll be working on two cheesecakes that a friend commissioned me for. A lemon-blueberry white chocolate and carrot cake. I never really think of my baking as a work of art. Probably because I'm not a decorator and lack the talent to create literal edible works of art. However, everyone poo poos that thought of mine and still considers what I do art.
