This is from our Lotus Notes e-mail system at work. It is the result of "replicating" my e-mail (basically, taking any e-mails I've composed recently and sending them out, and bringing in any recently delivered e-mails to into the local copy of my e-mail database - yeah, Notes stores e-mails in a database, of sorts...). Normally it'll say
