This morning is my last day of vacation. I go back to the ED tonight at 11p. In any case, I took advantage of the time by reading through my lj f-list and DW reading page. So glad to connect with friends again.

There was ample opportunity to do more with the idea of Steve being in jail.

Absolutely! They just rapped it up in a few minutes and were ready to move on. pattyfeidt is really upset that Steve didn't have to suffer the consequences of hurting the police and EMS staff he assaulted when he was getting away. It's like he got a free pass.

Not to mention all the legal paperwork and court appearances he should have been making. It's "TV reality" I guess.

So true. I know we don't watch it for realism, exactly. But he should have to answer for some of the bad behavior. And it looked like they were about to go there by having Lori spy on him for the Governor. But then they just dropped the storyline without explanation.
