Wow... only 3 hours later and I've already transferred my money back home, closed out a separate bank account (opened here, never used), returned books to the obscure library, returned books to the city library, and gone food shopping.

Not bad. Only thing I forgot was that haircut...

Welcome to the Festival. I also just got back from vacation. Seeing people outside makes me want to go out and join them and have fun. So I won't waste time writing here. Off to get some work done instead...

Minus an introduction and conclusion, my draft is complete! I will compile my three MS Word documents tomorrow, do a word count, and start printing out copies to mark up and edit.

For now, I am going to celebrate by listening to victory music, getting a beer (Hobgoblin Ale), and watching a documentary on Ric Flair. Woooooooo!!!!!!

If I had to estimate, I would say that I'm on the penultimate lap of my dissertation right now.  I finished my draft of Part 2 (out of 3) about a week ago, and I've spent time since then thinking over ideas and writing notes for Part 3 (which will probably become Part 2, since it deals with 'wider' themes of the play... then what I wrote in Part 2 ( Read more... )
