Are you going to do Euclid?

Yeah - we have a nice amount of time to really dig deep wrt math!

I spent a year with his 13 books of geometry. They are wonderful exercises in logic--which is why Socrates trots out a geometry problem in The Meno. :D Of course if you're going to do Newton you have to know Euclid and Apollonius pretty well. Oh, I miss math now.

My 2nd edition is visiting raving_liberal's house at present - but yes, I'm one of THOSE people who now has all three editions. :)
