Thanks to Cassie, I now have a blender and can make the smoothies that I've come to enjoy at home.
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup Apple Kiwi Strawberry juice
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen berries (I use organic raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries)
2 tsp flaxseed
Blend until smooth. Make your tummy happy.

When I make smoothies for us, it's basically a bunch of frozen strawberries (if you use more frozen berries you won't need the ice cubes), some vanilla yogurt and some orange juice. I'm not sure of amounts; I basically fill half the blender with strawberries, dump in some yogurt and top it off with oj until it reaches that third line from the top. -.-;

I love the flaxseed because not only is it good for you (woot Omega-3 acids), it also makes the smoothie feel like its got more texture - like strawberry seeds in it. Don't bother getting the crushed flaxseed, but the suckers intact; the blender does the work for you and you get more of the whole seed.
