*hugs* I understand where you're coming from Skip. I mean, I like women's rights and all (duh), and I've luckily never been harmed by anyone to make me feel like a need a place of refuge like the Womyn's Center, but at the same time, I dunno, I guess we all need our own special little comfort niche. And I wouldn't laugh if you started a men's group, because I know lots of guys that totally need an outlet when they can share their feelings and not feel emasculated by everyone around them. Anyway, you're always safe around me, because I'm all womAn. *hugs*

The whole concept of having a place where people aren't allowed to go because of their gender bothers me. I suppose I understand on some level, but nevertheless... communication good! double standards and sexism bad!

Wow...I actually really agree with this. I guess the way they figure it is that its really unsafe for women because some guys just think they are weak and easy targets or w/e, but they don't take into account that not all guys are like that.
