Once again fear overtakes what's right. I suppose I can't really blame them though. Cowardice as it may seem, they have their family to protect. But on the contrast, if someone doesn't stand up and help put a stop to crime, how will it ever get any better?

It's amazing how all the wonderful things you tell me about Philly kind of pale in comparision when I hear stuff like this.

Can we note that it says the DA has compaigned against "stop snitching" shirts AND Tried To Reinstate Protection for Witnesses of Violent Crimes! When did we lose that?
