Still working on moving more friends over...but it's me, jagnightwalker. Someone hacked my account, I have no idea who...but decided to send Jeremy's sister multiple strategic entries, or at least pointed the dates out within the entire thing. It led to much hurt for the both of us....two days before he is moving here ( Read more... )

Look at your "privacy" tab under your account. The default is set to "everyone", so even if you're friends only, the whole world can see.

Still doesn't explain how they found out my username.

I wouldn't surprise me if he had a fake account to keep tabs on you. Glad to see you're back.

Seems he didn't even need a fake account! Everyone could see my entries....I logged out here and found that I could still see these two "friends only" entries. Same with jagnightwalker when undeleted.

Something must have changed with LJ that I wasn't aware of.

I logged out and I could still this entry. So it is not friends only.

Yes, I left this one open so the random friend requests would be understood. The other entry and my old account were still viewable, even though they were set to friends only by me.

This person even had access to my private entries! It wasn't until I realized of this setting in my account that I could really lock it completely.

That is beyond frustrating!! I am going to go check mine again... I get paranoid ever since I found out someone was cyberstalking me.

So glad you are back! I felt so bad for you. I saw your last post before I went to bed and then the whole account was gone the next morning. :( I'm also glad he saw through the crap and is over it. What timing!! Such a sinister person to do that. Cold hearted. I hope you find a way to keep him out of this journal!
